In order for you to get the full amount of your scheduled appointment time, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.  This gives you time to fill out paperwork, use the restroom, get a drink and relax for a moment before your session.  Arriving at or after your scheduled time will result in you losing precious treatment time, as we can not extend the length of your session due to treatments scheduled after you.
