Sharon, 200RYT, has had the privilege of teaching Yoga since 2010. Her warm, authentic and lighthearted approach encourages students to practice honest exploration through the movement of Yoga. Sharon has a degree in creative writing from Eckerd College and loves to use language to guide students into their bodies and their lives. Sharon has completed her 200-hour training and is currently working towards her 500 hour. She is dedicated to creating a meaningful experience that is safe, interesting and inspiring. Einstein said, “Nothing happens until something moves.” Come discover the movement of Yoga.
Emily Carr Osborne
Emily has studied and practiced yoga for over seventeen years. She has studied Hatha and Vinyasa yoga as well as Power Yoga with Baron Baptiste and Beryl Bender Birch. Emily loves working with children and families and has completed her level 2 yoga teacher training at Yoga Fit and is also a certified elementary teacher. She also teaches kids yoga classes at the Palmetto Art Center and Yoga Flow at the Regatta Point Fitness Center.

Grace began her yoga journey a few years back, really finding a joy for the practice at a studio in downtown sarasota. What started off as more of a physical practice, shifted into a passion to dive further inward. Thirsty for a deeper understanding of this ancient practice brought her to the jungles of Costa Rica. There she received her certification through Passion Yoga School. More than just a certification, it brought this awakening she had never experienced. Wanting to share this drove her towards teaching. Grace's classes focus on inner awareness, the breath, self love and acceptance.

Angelica began practicing yoga in 2008 looking for a way to find peace within. It was after she surrendered into savasana, finding softness and stillness, that she fell in love with yoga. In 2015 she decided to sign up for a local 200 hour yoga teacher training for self-development. It was then that she discovered her dharma, her purpose, to help others find peace and fulfillment within themselves, and explore their creative potential on and off the mat. Angelica continued her advanced yoga training and has been teaching ever since.
She enjoys practicing and teaching a variety of classes although finds herself drawn to more restorative and gentle movement. It is her intention to hold a safe space for her students, so that they feel supported and free of all expectations, and feel inspired to discover their own ways of being.

If you are not in the class by the start time, your place will be given to someone on the wait list. In order to receive a full refund for a pre-registered class such as one would do by signing up online, cancel at least 4 hours prior to the start of the class. If you fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged for the class or a class will be taken off of your package.
Ways to make the most out of your Yoga/Tai Chi experience:
Avoid eating right before your class, unless it’s a very light snack.
Avoid wearing perfumes as they can cause allergic reactions or discomfort for other students.
If this is your first time, we have some extra yoga mats available, but for extra joint comfort, please bring your own if you would like to double up. If you are unsure of what type of yoga mat is best for you, your instructor will be more than happy to make a suggestion. (There are affordable mats like Gaiam that are good. Jade is the best, but more expensive)
Bring a water bottle (and a hand towel if you think you’ll want one for sweat). Hydrate before, during and after.
Please arrive 5-15 minutes early (If you are late, please wait until 10 minutes into class to enter, after silent meditation)
Leave cell phones in car. If you must bring them in, please make sure that both ringtone and vibrate are off.
Enter mindfully, removing your shoes.
