If you arrive more than 15 minutes early for class, please wait outside for any previous classes to let out before entering.
Class size is limited - register online so you have a spot!
Many of our classes are geared towards students that are new to yoga and want to stretch more, build strength and feel better in their bodies with less chance of injury.
All Fresh Air classes are held in the studio with the garage doors open and options to be inside the studio or in the garden
behind North River Body Therapies.

Each instructor has their own training, experience and style.
We encourage you to try each one to find the class that suits you best.
Class times are based on student request and participation.
Times are subject to change as a result.
If you are not in the class by the start time, your place will be given to someone on the wait list. In order to receive a full refund for a pre-registered class such as one would do by signing up online, cancel at least 4 hours prior to the start of the class.
Ways to make the most out of your Yoga experience:
Avoid eating right before your class, unless it’s a very light snack.
Avoid wearing perfumes as they can cause allergic reactions or discomfort for other students.
If this is your first time, we have some extra yoga mats available, but for extra joint comfort, please bring your own if you would like to double up. If you are unsure of what type of yoga mat is best for you, your instructor will be more than happy to make a suggestion. (There are affordable mats like Gaiam that are good. Jade is the best, but more expensive)
Bring a water bottle (and a hand towel if you think you’ll want one for sweat). Hydrate before, during and after.
Please arrive 5-15 minutes early (If you are late, please wait until 10 minutes into class to enter, after silent meditation)
Leave cell phones in car. If you must bring them in, please make sure that both ringtone and vibrate are off.
Enter mindfully, removing your shoes.
