My husband and I recently (February) had separate massages one day at North River Body Therapies and both experienced the same amount of professionalism, skill, and kindness.  My experience (and I've had a lot of massages over the years!) was very positive in that my therapist paid attention to me when she asked which areas needed more attention and various other information she gathered so that my experience was the best.   In addition, we were not exposed to high-pressure sales tactics.  There are several products available and when I asked about them, I was given information so that I could make an informed decision as to whether or not the product was for me.   From the initial communication on the phone to make the appointments, the receptionist, and the therapists, each encounter was pleasurable.    We were thanked when we left and we both left planning to return when we are back in town!  

Nicole and her staff offer the best services in this area.  I have been to the facility numerous times during the past two years and I have always been satisfied with the outstanding and professional treatment received ...Nicole and the staff go out of their way to make the visit friendly, the atmosphere is warm and your business is much appreciated...  Jim B

I had just lost my husband and was down and out.  My birthday was coming up. I was alone, stressed out and very sad.  I saw an ad about North River Therapy Services.  I called and made an appointment for a massage and a facial.  When I arrived the therapist noticed my red eyes and asked me what was wrong.  I told her the story.  She left the room when and she came back in I was treated to the most relaxing massage and facial I had ever had.  The love and kindness that I was given let me leave feeling a little lighter.  I can never thank them enough.  That is the reason I keep going back.  Judy V.
